We need the following information to reserve your space in a FREE ONLINE DEMONSTRATION CLASS:

• Your name and telephone number AND EMAIL ADDRESS
• The ages of the child/children who will be attending the class with you
• The specific demonstration class you wish to attend

You will receive a reminder EMAIL or PHONE CALL AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR to your free demonstration class

PLEASE NOTE: All demo classes are FAMILY CLASS (MIXED AGES), unless noted BABIES CLASS DEMO
